Our Story

Ron Oskey, our President and CEO, has a deep passion for building and development. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Ron has honed his skills through his previous roles as a manager, commercial airline pilot, and commercial developer. His extensive background in business and development has allowed him to bring a unique perspective to the HOME building process. His expertise has earned him numerous awards, including the prestigious "Builder of the Year" award in 2019.

Our Process

Our process begins with a first meeting, where we discuss your "must-haves" list, budget, and any existing property information. This is followed by a second meeting, where we begin the design phase. We work closely with you to select finishes, fixtures, and features that reflect your style and preferences.

As your design is complete, we proceed to final pricing and contract execution. Once the contract is signed, we submit the permitting package to the building department and government agencies required for construction permitting.

The design phase commences when you start making selections, which is typically based on when your home will be coming out of permitting. Regular meetings are scheduled to ensure a seamless and enjoyable homebuilding experience.
