At Blacketer Company, our story began over 60 years ago, when our founder, Allen Blacketer, started building homes in the finest residential areas of Louisville. Since then, we have grown and expanded our services to include land development, design, and construction of commercial buildings, as well as property management. Our Team and Expertise

Today, the Blacketer Company is led by three brothers, Jerry, Mike, and Ken Blacketer, each bringing their unique expertise and passion to their respective roles. Jerry, our President, oversees the overall operations of the company, while Mike focuses on custom home design and construction. Ken, meanwhile, is responsible for land development and property management. Our team's collective expertise and experience have earned us a reputation for delivering exceptional quality in every aspect of our services.
