Janitorial Services
Our janitorial services provide comprehensive facility maintenance through customized cleaning packages. We handle daily sanitation tasks while monitoring buildings for safety issues like leaks or suspicious activity. Our team uses color-coded cleaning techniques to prevent cross-contamination across surfaces, ensuring hygienic environments for clients ranging from dental offices to industrial spaces.
Floor Cleaning
Specialized floor cleaning services restore shine to commercial flooring through a four-step process. We handle tile, concrete, and other surfaces in dental offices, restaurants, and industrial facilities. Our stripping, waxing, and polishing techniques revive dull floors to create mirror-like finishes while maintaining safety standards for high-traffic areas.
Post Construction Cleaning
Post-construction cleaning services prepare commercial spaces for occupancy or final inspections. Our team cleans bathrooms, polishes stainless steel, sanitizes cabinets, and removes construction debris. We work with general contractors and business owners to meet deadlines for multi-tenant buildings, dental offices, and automotive centers.
Carpet Cleaning
Professional carpet and upholstery cleaning services maintain appearance and extend material lifespan. Our enhanced clean program uses certified disinfection methods developed with infectious disease experts. We offer both scheduled maintenance and deep cleaning solutions for commercial spaces requiring hygienic environments.
Pressure Washing
Pressure washing services remove grime and buildup from commercial building exteriors. We specialize in preparing surfaces for inspections or tenant turnover while maintaining property aesthetics. This service complements our interior cleaning offerings for comprehensive facility maintenance.
