Welcome to PTD Custom Builders, Inc., a residential remodeling contractor company that has been serving the Baltimore area for over 25 years. Founded by Paul T. Dickover in 1984, PTD Custom Builders was established with the goal of providing homeowners with a higher level of quality and service than what was typically available in the home improvement industry.
