Our Team

Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced individuals who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in every home we build. Our crew members have been hand-selected for their attention to detail and their passion for building quality homes. Our owners, Kent Eigsti and Brad Kennell, are committed to carrying on the tradition of excellence that Kent's father, Paul Eigsti, started in 1968.

Kent Eigsti, Co-Owner and Frame Crew Leader, has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He has a Bachelor's degree in Construction from Bradley University and has been building homes alongside his father for over 20 years. Kent's attention to detail and ability to manage the frame crew has been instrumental in building some of the most beautiful and functional homes in the area.

Brad Kennell, Co-Owner and Trim Crew Leader, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. He graduated from the University of Illinois and has been working alongside Kent and the frame crew for over 25 years. Brad's attention to detail and ability to manage the trim crew has ensured that every home built by Eigsti Construction is completed with the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.

Our crew members are highly skilled and experienced individuals who are dedicated to delivering the highest level of quality and craftsmanship in every home we build. Our crew members have been hand-selected for their attention to detail and their passion for building quality homes. Some of our long-standing crew members include Allan Ogg, who has been with us for over 20 years; David Schlappi, who has been with us for over 15 years; and Brian Blevins, who has been with us for over 10 years.
