We offer a flat rate for our services, which includes pre-treatment with the appropriate detergent, water-soluble spot removal, and deep hot-water extraction to remove deeply embedded soil, body oils, dander, and allergens. Our pricing is based on the overall interior square footage of your home, with each complete staircase and bedroom considered as one room. Living room-dining room combinations are considered two rooms, and large master bedrooms with sitting areas or offices are considered two rooms as well.
