• Exploration: We conduct research, take field trips, and study the site to develop a deeper understanding of the project. We explore the program, identify challenges, and study the usage of existing spaces.
• Technical Requirements: We refine the building design to enhance efficiencies. We analyze the structural, HVAC, and electrical systems to optimize the building's performance while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
