Our company was founded in 2005 by Vern and Jennifer Knapp, a husband and wife team who bring their unique skills and experience to the table. Vern, with his extensive background in masonry, serves as the hands-on leader of our team, while Jennifer, with her business administration skills, oversees the office, marketing, and financial aspects of the company.

Our Projects

Over the years, we have had the privilege of working on numerous projects that showcase our expertise and dedication to quality. Some of our notable projects include:

• Please Touch Museum - Marble Floor Replacement: We were tasked with replacing the marble floor of the Please Touch Museum in Philadelphia, PA. Constructed in 1875-1876, the original marble floor had lasted long past its expected useful life. Our team worked tirelessly to ensure that the new floor met the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Historic Haddon Heights Train Station: We were asked to help maintain the beautiful old train station in Haddon Heights, NJ. Our team worked with Materials Conservation Collaborative to restore the low granite wall at the base of the monument mound.
• Fairleigh Dickinson University - Hennessy Hall, Madison NJ: We were commissioned to restore the rear terrace and fountain of Hennessy Hall at Fairleigh Dickinson University. Our work included deconstruction and restoration of all limestone balustrades.
