Building Facade Inspection
Wm. Proud Masonry Restoration Co. is proud to announce our new Building Facade Inspection division in response to Philadelphia's Facade Inspection Ordinance. Our team of in-house engineers, safety certified suspended scaffolding, skilled installers and operators will approach each inspection uniquely, ensuring that building owners are in compliance with the new city ordinance.
Brick Pointing & Stone Pointing
Our team of skilled masons and craftsmen are experts in brick pointing and stone pointing, preventing water or moisture from penetrating into the stone or brick, which can cause the natural salts to form and the salt crystals to expand and cause the brick or stone to spall. Our team can fill and seal pores and voids, correcting surface finishes, using products such as Thoroseal, Dow Corning, Sika, Thorac, and Mapei coatings.
Concrete Repairs & Coatings
Our team of skilled masons and craftsmen are experienced in using products such as Thoroseal, a portland-cement-based waterproof coating for concrete and masonry, to repair and coat concrete surfaces.
Masonry Cleaning
