Our History

Company president Gordon W. Cormack started his own business as a proprietorship in 1972, became incorporated in 1978, and formed Cormack Construction Management, Inc. in 2005. Since then, Cormack's focus has been on all aspects of construction management as well as development of the organization to improve customer relations, communications, and overall efficiency. Our commitment to excellence and continuous education has enabled us to build a reputation for delivering exceptional results.
