Our Team

Our team is led by Joel Walter, President & Founder of NJW Construction. Joel has worked in all facets of the construction business, building and remodeling homes in the Central Ohio area for over 30 years. He is a graduate of Ohio University with Bachelor's Degrees in International Business and Business Management. In 1996, Joel founded NJW Construction, Inc. with the goal of providing top-notch service to our business partners and building lasting relationships through our high company standards.

In addition to Joel, our team includes Certified Remodeler (CR), Certified Kitchen & Bath Remodeler (CKBR), and Universal Design Certified Professional (UDCP) specialists. These certifications prove our remodeling contractors' superior knowledge, technical comprehension, and skill in remodeling.
