Our story began with Frank Nitti, who started as a painting contractor in the mid-1970s. Through his experience painting numerous new construction homes, Frank developed a deep passion for home building design and construction. Fueled by this passion, Frank and his wife Carmela built their first home in 1977 while still managing their painting company.

Driven by a vision to create homes that surpassed ordinary standards, Frank and Carmela officially launched Nitti Development in 1986. Their first spec home, built in the Barrington area, became a testament to their commitment to quality.
