Our Team

NW Construction boasts a team of seasoned professionals with diverse backgrounds and varied experiences. Our leadership comes from J.P. Sanavaitis, whose career in the construction industry spans over 40 years. His experience includes overseeing the development and construction of a wide variety of projects, from suburban manufacturing plants to luxury hi-rise condominiums. Paul Schmidt, our Project Executive, brings over 22 years of experience in the Architecture and Construction fields, with a strong background in leading design and construction projects. Our team's breadth of knowledge and expertise enables us to handle any challenge that comes our way, delivering quick responses and custom solutions to our clients.
