From the start, Jeff recognized the exceptional quality and innovative designs of Wick Buildings, leading him to become a Wick builder partner in 1985. As a result of this partnership, our company has had the privilege of leveraging Wick's expertise and advancements in post-frame construction to provide our customers with durable, dependable, and aesthetically pleasing structures for over three decades.

In 2022, Nicole Schwab, Jeff's niece and goddaughter, along with her soon-to-be-husband, Ross Beckman, stepped forward to continue the legacy of Schwab Builders into a new generation. Driven by a shared passion for honoring Jeff's dedication and providing top-tier customer service, Nicole and Ross are committed to keeping Schwab Builders a beacon of quality and reliability in the post frame construction industry.
