Our facility is situated near downtown Salem, making it easily accessible for our customers. Our Services

At Upstate Properties Self Storage, we offer short and long-term storage rentals for a variety of unit sizes. Our units are enclosed, have hard floors, and are accessible via drive-up exterior access, making it easy for our customers to move their belongings in and out of their units. Our facility is clean, well-lit, and equipped with CCTV security cameras for added peace of mind. We offer 24-hour facility access, so our customers can access their units at their convenience. Additionally, we provide pest and rodent control to ensure the safety and protection of our customers' belongings.

We have a range of unit sizes available to suit our customers' needs. Our current sizes and rates for new rentals are as follows: 5' x 10' for $62.00, 10' x 10' for $78.00, 8' x 12' for $80.00, 10' x 15' for $92.00, 8' x 20' for $98.00, and 12' x 15' for $110.00. We do not offer outdoor boat or RV storage at our facility.

Renting a Unit

Renting a unit with Upstate Properties Self Storage is a simple and straightforward process. Customers can choose an available unit with an unlocked door, or they can contact us for reservations and availability. Once they have chosen their unit, they need to complete a Rental Agreement, which can be mailed or emailed to us, or dropped off at our facility drop box. Customers then need to make their first payment and lock their unit with the required disk lock. It's that easy!

Payment

At Upstate Properties Self Storage, we make it easy for our customers to pay their rent. We accept payments online, and a PayPal account is not required for debit or credit card payments. Customers can enter their unit number, description, total payment, and invoice ID on our payment portal. We charge a late fee of $15.00 if rent is submitted after the 7th day of the month. New renter payment is due at move-in, and we offer a first month promotion. We also offer monthly auto-charge to a credit or debit card for our customers' convenience.
