She actively contributed to the company's administrative and strategic aspects, serving on the board of directors, acting as corporate secretary, and even designing the company's workspace to optimize both employee efficiency and comfort.

In the process, Evans Cabinet Corporation has fostered a unique family culture, attracting and retaining employees who have become integral members of our extended family. Many have dedicated decades to the company, contributing to its success and cementing its position as a leader in the industry.

Leadership and Growth

The company's growth was guided by visionary leadership, with Clyde's childhood friend, M.L. Knight, spearheading the sales strategy that propelled Evans Cabinet Corporation to the forefront of the multi-family market. David Evans, Clyde's cousin, expertly managed production, ensuring the company's needs were met while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for employees.

Today, the baton has been passed to Brent Evans, Clyde's son, who joined the company in 2019, bringing over 30 years of experience in the cabinet industry.
