Our Building Process

Our building process is designed to ensure that every home we build meets the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Here's an overview of how we work:

Building Step 1: Make an Appointment

Schedule an appointment to visit one of our model homes, where you'll have the opportunity to review large-scale drawings of our plans. Meet with one of our personal Home Building Consultants to discuss the costs and advantages of each plan. If you already have a plan you like, bring it along and our consultant will review it with you and provide an estimated cost to build that plan.

Building Step 2: Customize Your Plan

Once you've narrowed down your options to one or two plans, our consultant will discuss changes or options you might want to add to each plan. With Southland, almost anything is possible, from custom cabinetry to eco-friendly features.

Financing and Warranty Information

Once you've chosen your plan and made any necessary changes, our consultant will help you pre-qualify for financing and assist you in selecting the right financing option for your budget. We also provide a comprehensive warranty program to ensure your peace of mind.
