At Winn and Sons, we are proud to carry on a legacy of excellence in construction and development that stretches back decades. Our story is one of family, tradition, and a passion for building quality homes and buildings that stand the test of time.

A Family Tradition

Our journey began in the 1970s when Keith Winn, our founder and a seasoned construction professional, moved his young family and business to Vernon, British Columbia. Keith's dedication to his craft and commitment to quality were instilled in his son, Chuck, from a very young age. Chuck spent countless hours working alongside his father, learning the ins and outs of the construction industry and mastering every skill he could. This hands-on approach and attention to detail would become a hallmark of our company.

A Legacy of Excellence

In 1982, Chuck founded Winn and Sons, with his father's blessing and support. In a challenging economic environment, Chuck persevered, focusing on quality and workmanship. His dedication paid off, and the company flourished. In 2008, Chuck expanded his horizons by launching SilverRock Land Corp., a commercial development company. Although successful, Chuck eventually returned to his roots, selling SilverRock in 2019 and relaunching Winn and Sons later that year.
