Disappointing Experiences
Unprofessional Behavior
Some customers had extremely poor experiences with contractors, citing unprofessional behavior from workers. For example, David Barber felt disrespected by a rude woman who answered his call, and he even went as far as to say that if he could give negative stars, he would. Similarly, Heather Hummel was treated poorly by Sam, who failed to deliver on his promises and ended up ruining her countertops.
