Our Story

Our founders, Domingo Ottolia and Dorothy Barnes-Ottolia, bring a unique blend of skills and experience to our projects. Domingo, a licensed architect and LEED Accredited Professional, has a deep understanding of design and technology, with over twenty-five years of experience in project management, design, and construction administration. Dorothy, also a licensed architect, has a background in interior design and architecture, with extensive experience in project management, design, and construction observation. Together, they have worked on a wide range of projects, from private residences to commercial developments, and from hotel resorts to sport facilities.
