Signature Design is a Los Angeles based architectural firm that offers a wide range of services to both public and private clients. Our mission instills the elements of elegant design along with honesty and integrity. We are confident that when these principles intersect, they will always exceed our clients' expectations. Our team is led by Jason K Alm, Founder and Principal Designer, who brings over 15 years of experience in the commercial and residential architectural industry. Jason's expertise includes but is not limited to Single Family Residential, Multi-Family, High-Rise Retail, Corporate Interiors, Cultural Arts, Senior Living, Hospitality, and Institutional projects.

Services Offered

Signature Design's services include High-End Single Family Residential, Corporate Tenant Improvement, Interior Office Space Build-Out, and Cost Feasibility Studies. We also provide Site Selection, Analysis and Use, Urban Design, Architectural Restoration, LEED Analysis, and Landscape Design. Currently, we are working on several projects including High-End Single Family Residential, Corporate Tenant Improvement, and Interior Office Space Build-Out.

The Team

Jason Alm, the Founder and Principal Designer, has over 15 years of international design experience. He was employed by Perkins Eastman from 2003-2013, where he contributed to various project types including master planning and concept design as well as construction administration. Jason brings expertise in advanced building systems and technologies and building envelope design, and is particularly knowledgeable in the sustainable design process.

Ignacio Melendez, Project Designer, joined the Signature-Design team in 2018. He has over ten years of experience in the architecture and design industry, with a background in Architectural school, Interior Design school, and Construction Engineering.

Collaboration

Signature Design works in partnership with C+P Design I Consulting and collaborates with a number of interior designers on projects, tailoring the team based on their areas of expertise. This collaboration ensures that each project receives the best possible attention and expertise.
