Our journey began when our founder, Richard Wallace, started construction work at the tender age of sixteen. Over the years, he honed his skills, and in 1976, he founded Richard Wallace Builder, Inc. in Raleigh, North Carolina. In 2005, we relocated our company to Pleasure Island, where we have continued to build homes that families love. Today, our experience and expertise have helped over 500 North Carolina families realize their dream of owning a beautiful home.
