• 602 PCH: This is a 4-story residential/mixed-use property located on Pacific Coast Highway overlooking the ocean. The property offers 10,500 sqft of combined retail and restaurant space under 29 luxury condos.

• University Ave: This is a 4-story residential/mixed-use property located in San Diego, California. The development consists of 63 units over 5,000 sqft of commercial retail space.
