Who We Are

At Apeak Construction LLC, we are a full-service general contractor and property enrichment service provider dedicated to beautifying spaces and increasing property valuations in Silicon Valley, California. Founded on a passion for building craftsmanship and a commitment to quality, our team brings together decades of experience in construction, real estate, and community development.

Our Story

Our founder's journey in the construction industry began growing up in a Pennsylvania Quaker/Mennonite community, where he learned the art of building craftsmanship. He later pursued a Bachelor's degree in engineering with Finance and completed graduate work in Government Policy at Harvard University. Throughout his career, he has developed a deep understanding of government policies, community development, and historic preservation.

After leading software and hardware companies in the Bay Area, he continued to develop properties and communities in the Palo Alto and Los Altos Hills area. One notable project included a $80M community gentrification project, which saw a 30% property appreciation for homeowners and contributed to an 8-year appreciation of over 100% per property.
