Our team is knowledgeable and professional, and we expect the same level of professionalism from our subcontracting partners. Through our industry relationships with construction trade organizations such as the Associated General Contractors of America (AGC) and regional construction industry exchanges, we have gained valuable insight into construction issues and trends. Additionally, we have used the same insurance company, banking institution, and accounting firm since our inception.

Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of:

• Jeffrey B. Streeter, President: With a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from St. Lawrence University and a Bachelor's degree in Structural Design and Construction Engineering Technology from Pennsylvania State University, Jeffrey has been instrumental in shaping the company's vision and direction.
• Robert H. Lewis, Vice President-Project Management: With an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Corning Community College, Rob has extensive experience in project management and has successfully managed some of the company's most challenging projects.
• Donald A. Rottmann, Jr., Vice President-Estimating: With an AAS in Building Construction from Delhi College of Technology, Don has over 30 years of experience in estimating and project management.
• John Manning, CPA, Controller: With over 25 years of professional, leadership, and executive experience across several industries, John brings a wealth of financial expertise to the company.

Our History

The Streeter family traces its construction roots to the early part of the century with Streeter Construction Services, owned by Arthur Streeter. In 1949, Arthur's son Henry officially incorporated Streeter Associates, marking the beginning of the company's seventy-year history.
