Our Process

At Dates Pool and Spa, we understand that every pool is unique, and we take a personalized approach to meet the specific needs of each customer. Our process includes:

• Start-up: In some cases, the pool may not be ready for weekly service. If this is the case, we will inform the customer of repairs or if a clean-up is needed before service can begin. Work will only be completed with customer approval.
• First Visits: The first few visits will allow us to get any repairs done and to perfectly balance your water chemistry so that your pool is ready for weekly service.
• Quote: Our goal is to always have our owner, Brad, meet with potential customers to explain the service, deliver a quote, check pool equipment for any issues, and do a water analysis. It is very important to us that customers meet the owner, give the history of their pool, so that any kinks can be worked out before we start regular service.
