Design and Sales

We charge hourly fees for design development and offer quotations for products specified. We work with our clients to develop a scope of services from which we can estimate the cost of design services for a project. This initial study - or outline - can be modified, then a preliminary budget developed. After a budget review, time-lines are identified for project implementation.

Interior Design Services

Our interior design services include:

• Quick Fix: Problem-solving consultations (from one to four hours each) that identify and solve specific design issues.
• Project Coordination: Multi-level selection and specification of architectural finishes, plumbing fixtures, lighting, tile detailing, paint schemes, and cabinetry detailing.
• Design Development: Pure design as well as incorporation of existing elements.
• Management and Review: Working with on-site contractors, craftspeople, and technicians to ensure seamless project implementation.
• Documentation: Organizing project documentation in a notebook format, complete with relevant project details and specifications.
