Meet the Owners
With decades of collective experience, we are ready to tackle any project you can dream up. Our owners, Jon and Erika Morin, have a strong background in the construction industry. Jon, growing up in West Seattle, has been part of the construction industry his entire life, honing his skills as a carpenter, superintendent, and construction manager. Erika, a third-generation West Seattle native, has spent her entire life around construction, bringing management experience from a multimillion-dollar construction company to ensure that projects are completed on budget and in a timely manner.
