Services
Conceptual Design
Our conceptual design phase begins with understanding client needs and lifestyle preferences. We balance creative opportunities with practical constraints to establish project parameters. This foundational stage ensures every design decision aligns with the client's vision and budget.
Schematic Design
We transform concepts into coherent architectural solutions during schematic design. This phase focuses on defining building character, floor plans, and elevations. Clients receive visual representations to understand and approve the evolving design direction before technical details are added.
3D Renderings
Our photo-realistic 3D renderings help clients visualize completed projects before construction begins. Working with top rendering professionals, we create accurate representations tailored to client specifications. These visual tools ensure clear communication of design intent throughout the process.
Construction Documents
We translate approved designs into detailed technical documentation using AutoCAD software. These comprehensive plans include structural, electrical, and mechanical specifications required for permits and construction. Our documents ensure accurate bidding and faithful execution of design intent.
Construction Administration
During construction, we act as client representatives to ensure design integrity. Our oversight includes site visits, document clarification, and review of material samples. We monitor progress against plans and address any modifications needed during the building process.
