Tugalo Gas Company Inc. is a family-owned business that has been providing propane services to residential and commercial customers since 1946. Founded in Toccoa, GA, by Mr. Edward Gilmer, Sr., the company has since grown to five offices in three states (NE Georgia, NW South Carolina, and SW North Carolina). Our name, Tugalo, is derived from the Cherokee settlement called DUGILUYI, which means "fork of a stream" or "water rolling over rocks." We take our motto "Serving you like family since 1946" seriously, and we treat our customers with respect, fairness, and integrity.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is committed to providing excellent customer service, and we take pride in building relationships with our customers. Our installation, repair, and delivery services are provided by in-house staff members who have a personal, vested interest in you. We are big enough to handle all of your propane needs and small enough to give you the personal attention and excellent service that you expect and deserve.
