Janitorial Special Projects
Specialized services include carpet extraction, tile refinishing, window cleaning, and construction debris removal. We employ advanced methods like hot-water extraction for carpets and on-site blind cleaning to restore spaces to like-new condition. Our team handles one-time projects or scheduled maintenance, ensuring facilities remain pristine without disrupting daily operations.
Window Blind Services
We offer on-site blind cleaning, repair, and installation using a proprietary water-based system that removes allergens and grime without downtime. Our technicians service residential and commercial blinds, providing repair options for cords, tilt mechanisms, and custom replacements. This service extends blind lifespan while improving indoor air quality and aesthetic appeal.
Supply Procurement
We manage procurement and delivery of essential supplies including paper products, hand sanitizers, and cleaning agents. Our team advises on cost-effective, high-quality selections tailored to facility needs. This service eliminates inventory hassles for clients, ensuring consistent stock levels and reducing administrative burdens through seamless ordering and logistics support.
Electrostatic Disinfecting
Our electrostatic spraying technology ensures comprehensive coverage of high-touch surfaces with hospital-grade disinfectants. This service is ideal for healthcare facilities, offices, and schools seeking enhanced hygiene protocols.
