Architectural Design
We provide comprehensive architectural design services from conceptual phases through construction documentation. Our team prepares detailed blueprints and specifications while coordinating with specialized engineers and consultants. This includes site analysis, material selection, and compliance with building codes to ensure functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures tailored to client needs.
Interior Design
Our interior design services create functional and visually appealing spaces for residential and commercial clients. We focus on spatial layout, lighting design, material selection, and furniture specification while maintaining compliance with accessibility standards. The process includes 3D modeling and material samples to help visualize the final outcome before implementation.
Residential Projects
We specialize in custom residential architecture including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, and renovations. Our approach considers site conditions, family needs, and aesthetic preferences while optimizing space usage. Recent projects include a 4,600 sq ft contemporary home in Greenwich with river valley views featuring open-plan layouts and custom stone fireplaces.
Commercial Projects
Our commercial architecture services cover office buildings, retail spaces, and mixed-use developments. We transform existing structures into cohesive commercial spaces while addressing branding requirements and functional needs. Recent work includes a New Haven strip mall renovation that unified three separate buildings under a covered arcade structure with a metal space frame arch.
Educational Projects
We design educational facilities that balance functionality with student needs, including classrooms, common areas, and administrative spaces. Our work at Midlothian Middle School created social spaces for students, while the Sacred Heart University extension added 40,000 sq ft of modern classroom space with optimized circulation patterns and daylighting strategies.
