Founded by Scott Swick and Jim Baudry, Winfield Homes was established on the principles of integrity, honesty, and trust. Our founders dedicated themselves to creating a new kind of homebuilding company, one that would overcome the prevalent reputation of builders with cost overruns, missed deadlines, and damaged relationships with their customers. With over 20 years of combined experience, our team is committed to providing exceptional design/build services and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Our Process

Our custom design/build process begins with an "Intake" process, where we gather information on how your lifestyle and tastes will influence how your ideal home will look and function. We accomplish this through interviews, photo examples, and design books. We ask our clients to begin a Houzz.com profile and an ideas book to help us develop an overall aesthetic for their home.

We have a deep understanding of what it takes to build a home that meets our clients' needs and exceeds their expectations. Our team includes Jason Zellner, our Director of Design and Construction, who has over 20 years of experience in the industry.
