Traditional Construction Services

Our traditional construction services include utility excavation, lift stations, and trenching. We operate a fleet of utility excavators that can handle almost any job site requirement, and our skilled operators prioritize safety and efficiency above all else. Whether you need water, sewer, or storm sewer construction, we can handle the job from start to finish.

Lift Stations

We build and install high-performance pumping stations for water and wastewater applications. Our team of experts takes into account environmental requirements and draws on years of experience to tackle often challenging soil conditions.

Trenching

As a core service, we provide trenching services for commercial, residential, and municipal applications. We have the equipment and expertise to overcome challenging soil conditions and meet depth requirements for water and sewer mains and services. Safety is our top priority, and we provide safe and effective trench shoring when required.

Hydro Excavation

For fast and safe potholing of utilities, soft excavations, and clean-up situations involving non-hazardous materials, we utilize a range of vacuum excavation trucks. These units combine high-pressure water and air jets with suction power for everything from commercial landscape applications to sewer cleanouts.

Trenchless Construction Services

We offer comprehensive trenchless construction services, including directional drilling, pipe bursting, and pipe ramming.

Directional Drilling

For utility installations under roads, streams, rivers, or other sensitive areas, we provide comprehensive directional drilling services. Our directional drills and special drilling heads and stems can drill under obstacles and effectively steer the drill stem underground. We also use sensitive locating equipment to know the precise location of the drill stem at any given time.

Pipe Bursting

Through the pipe bursting process, we can replace failing sewer and water mains up to 36 inches in diameter. During the process, a pneumatic hammer is pulled through an existing fracturable pipe, such as clay or cast iron, with a winch system. As the hammer is pulled through, its pneumatic action breaks apart the existing pipe while pulling the new pipe in behind it.

Pipe Ramming

For the installation of drainage pipes or the replacement of failed culverts, we utilize the pipe ramming process. During pipe ramming, a new pipe or casing is physically rammed through the ground with a large pneumatic hammer. Pipes up to 36 inches in diameter can be rammed in lengths up to 150 feet.

Piercing Services

We install service lines and small-diameter mains with trenchless piercing tools. These small-diameter underground "missiles" are pneumatically powered and are ideal for water services and sprinkler systems.

Pipe Fusion

We own and operate our own pipe fusion equipment for installations that utilize High-Density Polyethylene pipe (HDPE) or Fusible PVC. We are licensed and certified to fuse Fusible PVC pipe. Fusion welding allows for the creation of a continuous and seamless pipe of almost any length.

Pipe Reaming

For significant pipe upsizing, we employ pipe reaming technology utilizing our directional drill fleet. A licensed InneReam contractor, we are able to replace existing clay, PVC, and concrete sewer or storm pipes with HDPE or PVC pipe quickly and easily.
