Our Leadership

Our leadership team is comprised of experienced professionals who are passionate about what they do. Rich Weyhe, Tim Paulsen, Rob Paulsen, and Troy Bramer are the owners of R. Henry Construction, and they are all actively involved in the business on a daily basis. They have a combined experience of over 100 years in the construction industry and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients.

Meet Our Team

Rich Weyhe, CEO and Co-President, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Finance. Tim Paulsen, Co-President and Project Manager, has over 28 years of experience and is responsible for project management, scheduling, estimating, and sales. Rob Paulsen, Principal and Millwork Lead, has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry and specializes in interior finishes and custom millwork. Troy Bramer, Principal and Structural Foreman, has over 28 years of experience and is responsible for site supervision, framing, and carpentry. Mike Roll, Warranty Manager, has over 16 years of experience in warranty management and customer service.
