• James Varney, Retired President: A pioneer in the garage door industry, James founded the company and oversaw its growth and development.
• Jeff Varney, Second Generation President: Jeff joined the company part-time in 1994 and became a full-time member in 2004. He brings deep expertise in garage doors and related products.
• Sara Varney, Operations and Marketing: Sara joined the team in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience in marketing, communications, and management. She is responsible for managing our operations and marketing efforts.
• Monica, Office Manager: Monica has over 20 years of customer service experience and previously worked as the executive director of a Symphony Orchestra. She brings a diverse background in customer service, management, sales, and marketing.
• Karl, Technician: Karl is our resident commercial service and installation expert, with over 30 years of experience in the industry.
• Cameron, Technician: Cameron is our newest team member, with 20 years of experience in residential door and opener technology.
