Our story began with our founder, Frank DiBacco, a native of Wethersfield, who started his construction career at the age of 12 alongside his father at CT Carpentry. After graduating with a degree in architecture from the New Institute of Technology in 1992, Frank began expanding the family business. He designed and built his first three homes shortly after graduation, growing from building single-family homes to a 56-residential subdivision in Bloomfield, CT.

Motivated by his passion for creating homes that reflect his clients' needs, Frank founded CCC Construction to become an exclusive custom home company. Today, our company is proud to be a leading provider of quality construction services, catering to clients in Glastonbury, CT, and surrounding areas.
