Our Team

Our experienced team is comprised of dedicated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and products. Our team members include:

• John Pollich, Elevator Sales Manager, handles all sales-related inquiries, including quotations for residential roped hydraulic, cable drive, LULA, and component packages.
• Don Halteman, Commercial Jack Sales, is your primary contact for the commercial replacement jack product line.
• Bill Heller, Parts Sales & Technical Support, fields the majority of our technical support calls and replacement part requests for Custom Elevator and other products.
• Larry Keifer, Production Manager, coordinates all outbound shipments to our distributors, inbound shipments from vendors, and oversees the production floor.
• Carl Zenobi, Senior Engineer, works mostly with LULA elevators and is well-versed in all of the products offered.
• Scott Geiger, Engineering, processes residential elevators that are released to production.
• Wes Herrmann, Engineering, creates preliminary layouts for approval and releases projects to production.
• Chris Wheatley, IT, performs information technology functions, including the website, media requests, and other projects.
• Jeff Herrmann, Chief Financial Officer, is the primary contact for accounts payable and accounts receivable inquiries.
• Ken Herrmann, President, oversees all Custom Elevator operations and is the guru of every product and service offered.
