Our founder, Doug, has over a decade of experience in the tree removal industry, having worked for Wisconsin Power and Light and Asplundh Tree Experts. After holding various managerial positions across different industries, Doug decided to branch out on his own and founded Madsaw Tree Service LLC in 2009.

When he's not climbing trees, Doug enjoys hunting, attending vintage motorcycle swap meets, and spending time with his beautiful wife Gina and their adorable daughters, Adalin and Alia.
