Unfinished Job and Poor Workmanship
The reviewer, Todd Bailey, had a terrible experience with Alonso Landscape. Despite being paid in full, the company failed to complete the job, leaving the customer dissatisfied. Ramon Alonso, the person in charge, forgot crucial details, and his crew did not take proper care, which will ultimately require rework.
