Commercial Projects

Our commercial portfolio includes designing and building over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial projects, from power retail centers and general shopping centers to boutique retail malls and professional office buildings. We have delivered space planning, interior design, and branding services to our retail, corporate, and hospitality clients, exceeding their property expectations.

Aviation

VPA has extensive experience in designing and building aviation infrastructure, including public airports, commercial air carrier operations, private terminals, and private commercial hangars. Our team is well-versed in Federal and jurisdictional Department of Aviation requirements, as well as NFPA regulations.

Automotive

We have designed over 200,000 square feet of new sales and service facilities for major manufacturers within the automotive industry. Our designs have been implemented as new, free-standing facilities and as tenant space within larger retail outlets or hotel/casinos.

Health Care

Our portfolio includes designing, planning, and executing over 100,000 square feet of health care-related projects in the Southern Nevada and Central Arizona regions. These projects include building-to-suit medical office buildings, skilled nursing facilities, cancer treatment centers, medical imaging centers, and general practice medical clinics.

Hospitality

VPA has been involved in a wide variety of hospitality-related projects, including restaurants, casino design, pool area design, guest room remodels, and specialty retail. We have also executed design for various types of hospitality projects, such as property master planning, life safety system upgrades, building and site improvements.

Ecclesiastical

Our ecclesiastical portfolio includes designing and building worship facilities, sanctuary spaces, assembly celebration spaces, columbariums, and religious educational facilities. We have also participated in master planning religious campuses and designing various building types, including interior and outdoor spaces.
