Our Expertise
With over 32 years of combined experience in landscaping, Evergreen Landscaping & Ponds has a truck-load of professional landscaping experience. We've been digging at this business for 16 years, and have not hit hard-pan yet. Looks like we're gonna keep on truckin'! We are Master Gardeners, Certified ICPI installers (ICPI= Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute), and licensed, bonded, and insured landscape contractors.

Unreliable and Unprofessional Service
Several reviewers expressed frustration with the unprofessionalism and unreliability of Evergreen Landscape and Ponds. Dan Irwin, Paulette Hoflin, and Brian Honc all reported difficulties in communicating with Lois, including unreturned calls, broken appointments, and rude behavior.
Poor Workmanship and Unethical Practices
Chad Adams accused the company of being "con artists" who underbid jobs, collect payment, and then abandon the project, leaving customers with unfinished work. Shane Walker mentioned issues with communication, estimates, and final billing. Dan Irwin experienced a problem with his water feature and was unhappy with the solution provided by Lois and Jim.
Disorganization and Lack of Expertise
Paulette Hoflin and Shelly Meadows mentioned Lois's disorganization and lack of knowledge in her field. Shelly Meadows stated that Lois had zero knowledge of plant material and was not a professional in her work.
