Our Services
Sage Landscape Maintenance offers maintenance programs for a range of properties from small residential sites to fully landscaped 100+ acre commercial sites. These maintenance programs can be fully integrated to include: Detailed maintenance programs, Chemical programs, Irrigation inspection and repair, Tree pruning, Color Programs, Aerating & Thatching, Bark Installation, Snow removal service, and Parking Lot Sweeping service. Because we do not specialize in every area, we have put together a team of professionals that we call on from time to time to make sure you are receiving the very best service possible. We realize that each client has unique needs, and we welcome the opportunity to develop a program that works for you.
Lawn Care Services
Sage Landscape Maintenance (SLM) professional lawn care service provides custom products to fulfill the nutritional requirements of our northwest lawns. The time of season of each treatment is designed to achieve a lush, green lawn with steady growth for you to enjoy. SLM's lawn care programs consists of six or seven treatments annually, scheduled six to eight weeks apart. Following service, your technician will leave a lawn care report describing services performed, treatments applied, date and time, and any post-application instructions. SLM's lawn care service includes service calls at no additional charge. We want to work with you to keep your lawn beautiful! We offer 2 annual programs: Total Lawn Care Plus Program and Total Lawn Care Program.
Additional Services
We also offer additional lawn care services, including: 1 time Fertilizing Treatment, 1 time Broadleaf Treatment, 1 time Moss Treatment, Aeration, Thatching, Granular Limestone Treatment, and Ornamental Bed Weed Control Program. Call or email us for a free lawn analysis!
