Our EPA-registered products safely protect homes and businesses from recurring infestations.
Bed Bug Control
This service combines HEPA vacuuming, steam treatments, and targeted insecticides for comprehensive bed bug elimination. We treat mattresses, baseboards, and electrical outlets while providing follow-up visits. Our heat treatments kill all life stages, including eggs, with mattress encasements available for ongoing protection.
Rodent Control
Our rodent control includes trapping, bait stations, and exclusion services to seal entry points. We use BurrowRx technology for outdoor infestations and provide sanitation services to eliminate contamination risks. Follow-up visits ensure complete eradication, with exclusion work preventing future infestations in NYC's urban environment.
Termite Control
This service features drilling and injecting liquid treatments, trenching, and borate wood applications. We install bait stations around properties and provide one-year renewable warranties. Our termite inspections identify damage signs like mud tubes and hollow-sounding wood, with prevention strategies focusing on moisture control and wood-to-soil contact reduction.

Questions
What pests are most common in NYC?
New York's common pests include rodents, cockroaches, bed bugs, and ants. Each requires specialized treatment approaches due to their unique behaviors and urban habitat adaptations.
How do pest treatments work?
Our process starts with thorough inspections identifying infestation sources. We then apply customized treatments combining physical barriers, chemical and non-chemical methods, followed by monitoring and follow-up visits.
Are treatments safe for pets?
All our products are EPA-registered and pet-safe when applied correctly. Technicians provide specific precautions during treatments to ensure pet safety in treated environments.
What if I suspect an infestation?
Contact us immediately for professional assessment. Document evidence like droppings or damage, and avoid disturbing nests before our technicians arrive for safe, effective treatment.
Why choose professional pest control?
Professionals identify root causes, use industrial-grade solutions, and implement preventive measures. This ensures complete eradication and long-term protection that DIY methods cannot guarantee.
How often should I schedule services?
Quarterly treatments provide optimal protection. High-risk properties or active infestations may require more frequent visits, with customized schedules developed during initial inspections.
