As a lifelong resident of Southampton Town, Zachary T. Clanahan, our founder and principal architect, brings a unique perspective to every project. With a bachelor's degree in architecture from NYIT in 2006, Zach has spent years honing his craft, working on projects of all scales and budgets. His expertise in traditional shingle-style homes and modern designs that complement the Hamptons' unique environment has earned him a reputation as one of the region's most respected architects.

Our team is composed of experienced professionals, including our office manager, Alicia Clanahan, who has been with us since our inception over a decade ago. Alicia's expertise in managing the business side of our operations is invaluable, and her close relationship with our founder serves as a testament to the strong bond between our team members.

Jeremy L. Delgado, our project manager and designer, brings a wealth of experience in residential architecture, having worked on projects ranging from residential design to interior design and presentation rendering for notable brands such as Nike and Arc'teryx. With a bachelor's degree in architecture from Woodbury University School of Architecture in Burbank, California, Jeremy's passion for design and customer experience shines through in his work.
