Poor Management and Communication
Saunders has been criticized for its poor management and communication skills. Former employees, such as Dillon Ament and Robert Crawn, have expressed feelings of being neglected and dismissed when the company's work slows down. Ament specifically mentioned being benched without a phone call and being sent to a job with only a day of work, while Crawn felt unappreciated for his dedication to the company. This lack of communication and poor management has led to frustration and disappointment among employees.
Unprofessional Behavior
Several reviewers have commented on unprofessional behavior among Saunders' employees. Chanse Duncan mentioned that employees stole tools and carts, while Zander Jablonowski and Devin Mack reported encountering drivers who were reckless and aggressive behind the wheel. Simon Aguirre, on the other hand, felt uncomfortable working with employees who were overly nosy.
Positive Experience
On the other hand, Cristian Panuco had a positive experience working with Saunders, mentioning that the company was fun to work for and offered a pleasant work environment.
