Company Leadership

Our company was founded by Cory Bleeker, a successful construction entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in the industry. With a strong background in construction, Cory has worked his way up from laborer to superintendent of multi-million dollar projects at a young age. As a general contractor and business owner, Cory is dedicated to providing a superior construction experience and delivering quality finished products to our clients.

Co-Owner/Office Manager Karen Bleeker

Karen is our co-owner and office manager, with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing. Karen brings valuable experience in financial services to our team, overseeing financial operations, managing administrative staff, and communicating with vendors. Her passion is helping clients achieve their dreams of a new or updated space.
