Our Story

Our founder, Jeff Paul, has a lifelong passion for design, building, and creating. After earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Homebuilding from Trinity University, Jeff gained extensive experience in the construction industry, working for prominent custom building companies in Houston. In 1982, Jeff established his own company, driven by his passion for innovation and evolution in the real estate industry. As a testament to his expertise, Jeff was invited to join the exclusive group of custom homebuilders in The Woodlands, solidifying his reputation as one of the most respected custom builders.
