Our Story
Derek Olander, a passionate builder since childhood, started his career in the Air Force, where he gained valuable project management skills. After leaving the Air Force, he worked as a program manager for a specialized construction contract at the University of Texas in Austin, overseeing various projects, including renovations and upgrades to the baseball stadium. Derek also owned and operated a commercial cabinet manufacturing company for six years, where he built a successful business delivering high-quality millwork products to clients.
James Andreatos, a seasoned builder with over two decades of experience, started his career in 1997 with Carl Construction Company, where he learned the principles of quality construction while building custom homes. He then moved on to build townhomes for a group of investors and later worked as Operations Manager, overseeing the construction of over 300 homes. This comprehensive experience has been invaluable in running his own company.
