Jason Day, CEO/Contractor: With over 15 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, Jason is passionate about building forever homes. He is a husband of 22 years and father of four wonderful children.
Damon Bawgus, Project & Budgeting Manager: Damon is a graduate of East Tennessee State University with a degree in Engineering Technology and a concentration in construction management. He oversees budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Dylan Holly, New Sales/Realtor: Dylan is a licensed real estate agent and has been serving the Tri-Cities area since 2015. He assists potential clients in finding the perfect lot or property and helps them navigate the home-buying process.
Justin Snodgrass, Project Manager: Justin is an experienced project manager with a keen eye for detail. He ensures that every project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Eric Fleenor, Assistant Project Manager: Eric is an integral part of our project management team, assisting in overseeing projects from start to finish.
Baileigh Day, Accounts Manager: Baileigh is responsible for managing our accounting and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
